Should anything happen to damage your Lupine product - please read the following options:
If you would like to replace your damaged Lupine product -
And would like to exchange a damaged product for a new one, Lupine will replace it at no charge. Simply mail the damaged product back
to Lupine along with your return address and daytime phone number. Replacements go out First Class Priority Mail, usually the next
business day after your damaged piece is received.

Or you can stop by our store in N. Conway, NH in person with the damaged Lupine product and we'll be more than happy to exchange it for you.
If you ordered the wrong size or pattern:
You can simply mail the item back to Four Your Paws Only along with your return address, a daytime phone number, and a check or
money order for $4.60 for return shipping. If there is a price difference in the size, please be sure to add that in as well. Replacements
go out First Class Mail, usually the next business day after your damaged piece is received.
