Returns & Exchanges
We will accept all returns:
- In good condition
- Within 30 days of its purchase
- In its original package
- With its original receipt
If you would like to send an item back, simply follow these instructions:
- Package your return and mail it to us using the address listed below.
- Include a note with your name, address, phone number and order number.
- Once we receive your package, we will give you a call at the number provided to see how you would like to proceed (replacement product, refund, etc).
- If you are looking to have a replacement item sent to you, please note that we do charge a shipping fee to mail your new item(s) to you.
- We will provide you with the exact dollar amount of the shipping charge over the phone and require it to be paid before mailing your new order.
- Refunds can be processed over the phone by credit card, or paid by check and mailed through USPS.
- For security reasons we do not keep any credit card information on file.
When we receive your return, we will send out your new order. Please don't hesitate to call or email us if you have any questions.
