Shipping Info

We use Click & Ship through the U.S. Post Office online for Priority Mail Express & Priority Mail
After we process and pack your order, we will use Click and Ship online to ship your order. You will receive an email notification when your package has been shipped with a tracking number.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, it is out of our hands. We cannot guarantee delivery or control what happens with the US Postal Service. If your order is lost or late, you can track it through the USPS or you can contact your local post office. Sometimes an address is not recognized by Click & Ship. If this happens, we will email you directly and make arrangements to ship it First Class which does not come with tracking capabilities. In this case, if you require online tracking, please call us to make other shipping arrangements.

• Fastest delivery times: next day — 2 days for in-stock items with a money-back guarantee
• Sunday and holiday delivery available in many major markets for an additional fee
• Includes USPS Tracking® and up to $100 of insurance with most shipments
• You will receive an email confirmation from Click & Ship with a tracking number which will allow you to track your order once it leaves our store.
  

Priority Mail

• Fast delivery time for in stock orders within 2-3 business days depending on where it’s being sent.
• Includes USPS Tracking® and up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply)
• You will receive an email confirmation from Click & Ship with a tracking number which will allow you to track your order once it leaves our store.
  
  

First- Class Mail Parcel

• Mail delivered in 1–5 business days on in stock items.
• Small packages (up to 13oz) delivered in 1–3 business days on in stock items.
• Prices based on destination, shape, and weight.
  
  

Out of Stock Items

• We will contact you if an item is out of stock or on back order.
• You will have the option of waiting for the item to come in, cancelling the item, or replacing it with something else.
• Most out of stock items should be back in stock within 5 - 7 business days.
